At our school, we have a system called 'A Proposal' when we give a presentation to the teachers and the rest of the class and are either Red Lit (idea is completely not plausible), Amber Lit (the idea is plausible but needs adaptations) or Green Lit (we can go ahead). Here are the resources we handed out in our presentation.

We were amber lit which meant we had to have a discussion with the teachers about how we could improve the idea.
